The 7-day training program on mechanisms of international advocacy for documentation and women’s rights ended as a part of ‘Together for Her project’ on October 11, 2022, in Al-Mukalla.
26 activists (female and male) who are interested in law, media and women’s rights participated in the training program with trainer Afra’a Al-Hariri.
The project aimed to monitor the violations faced by women and build a network and platform to report the violations committed against women. The project targeted 50 trainers (male and female) who are responsible for monitoring and documenting violations by applying the monitoring mechanisms learned in training.
During the 7-day training program, Al-Hariri explained the mechanisms of international advocacy, humanitarian report writing skills, advocacy messages, and mobilization.
